David has twenty-five years of results oriented functional and technical Finance experience in the Commercial and Public Sectors. Prior to founding JZB, LLC, David was a senior executive with a Big Four Accounting Firm. Specific experience included Senior Consultant roles where David architected PeopleSoft Financial implementations. David holds an active Top Secret with Polygraph clearance, and is aCertified Public Accountant (CPA).
